User Guide: Getting Started
- Create an account by clicking the 'Create Account' button on the log in screen, alternatively for quick start you can log in with provided 3rd party log in service from the Sign in with Apple/Google buttons.
- Once account is created, you can login with your newly created credentials.
- You will navigate to the home screen which effectively has 6 main menu buttons plus the Sub-menu drawer button on the top right hand corner which includes other functions like viewing your account profile and logging out. The 6 main menu options include 'Submit Warranty Claim', 'Conduct a System Audit', 'Completed Reports', 'PV Failure Library', 'PV Recycling Depots' & 'Contact Directory'. Both the warranty claim and audit system buttons are longer workflows and require commitment as they both include 5-6 separate workflow screens and a report generation & distribution function at the end. The other menu screens are more shallow and provide only 1 further sub-screen with dynamically generated data (For example, Contact directory will dynamically generate a contact based on the selected contact from 350).
- Once you complete the data input workflows for warranty/audit you can purchase your custom generated report which will also be automatically lodged to the OEM/Manufacturer with the embedded email composer. The payment checkout offers PayPal for ease of use and trusted security. Reports are conservatively priced to allow access for all consumers and are around $1.8 for single panel claims and around $10 for full system (All panels) claims.
